It is ANSI: SEA 107-2015 Type R CLASS 3 Certified. the outer shell is constructed of heavy-duty 100% Oxford Polyester Rainguard and is oil and stain resistant. The anti-static thermal liner is made of quilted 3 oz polyester. The jacket has a interior Hook and Loop pocket, an ID and Pen Pocket and a heavy-duty zipper. There are 3 heat zones in the vest, 2 on the chest and one on the upper back. The heating system is powered by a 7.4volt (2200 mAh) rechargeable lithium-ion battery. It can provide heating temperatures ranging from 135°F on high to 90°F on low. On high, expect up to 2.5 hours of heat. On low, the heat can last up to 10 hours. There are two ways to adjust the temperature. First, the built-in touch control button is a simple button push that allows you to choose from four heat settings with LED indicator. Or Bluetooth contol is available with a MW Connect app. Through the app, you can quickly adjust individual heat levels to your liking. MW Connect app allows you to get real-time updates on battery levels and update your garments when new firmware becomes available. The jacket comes with the rechageable battery and a micro USB charging cable. You can expect up to 10 hours of power per charge.
